Where we are, and where we are going.
Klemma starts with the moment every panel design starts with: describing what it has to do. The demo shows the core of that idea. Step by step it grows into a complete platform for electrical design.
Today: the demo
Describe, then review
Describe a circuit in plain language, sketch the system as blocks and lines, or upload a drawing or a picture of your idea. The agent proposes a schematic, a bill of materials and a wiring table, and nothing changes until you accept.
Work on it yourself
Add components, make your own parts from a description or a datasheet, draw wires and arrange the drawing by hand, change parts and values, ask the agent to review your change, leave notes for it, and go back to any earlier version.
The panel, to scale
A panel layout to scale: devices on DIN rails, wires routed through the ducts, with device tags, terminal markings and wire markers. Wire lengths, ducts and rails go into the bill of materials.
Checks and exports
Rule checks and a calculation check from fixed code, specifying generic parts with real ones that meet their ratings, and exports of the parts list, wiring table, terminal diagrams, labels for a label printer and drawings.
Next
- More kinds of circuits, and checks of a distribution board as a whole.
- Drawings to the symbol standard, with current paths and cross-references.
- Manufacturer catalogues in the parts library.
Later
- Working on one project together, as a team.
- Keeping the datasheet with each part you make.
- Importing existing projects and exchanging drawings with other tools.
- The step from schematic to PLC.
- Two-step login, with a code from an app on your phone.
Good to know
The demo works with generic parts, placeholders with illustrative ratings, and demo calculation values. It shows how Klemma works and is not for design use: always verify against the applicable standards and your own design rules.
