Klemma

Terms of use

Draft, not in force. Parts marked [like this] are still to be filled in, and this text has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how the demo works today.

1. Who and what

Klemma is offered by [company name], [registered address], [company number and register], VAT [VAT number] ("we"). Contact: support@klemma.eu.

Klemma is a browser-based tool for electrical design. You describe what you need; an agent proposes a design with a schematic, a bill of materials and a wiring table; you accept or reject each proposal. These terms apply when you make an account or use the demo.

Klemma is meant for professional use. [Whether consumers may use it, and the consumer rights that would then apply, to be decided in legal review.]

2. An early demo, not for design use

This is the most important part of these terms.

3. Your account

4. Credits

5. Paid plans

6. What you may not do

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Your designs, and ours

8. Availability

Klemma is an early demo and is provided as it is. It may change, be unavailable, or lose data, and features may be removed. Keep your own copy of anything you need, using the exports. We may end the demo; if we do, we tell account holders by email first and paid plans are stopped.

9. Liability

[To be written in legal review. Intended content: no liability for damage from using designs, calculations or other output of the demo, in line with section 2; total liability limited to [liability cap]; no exclusion of liability where the law does not allow one.]

10. Ending

You can stop using Klemma at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to support@klemma.eu. Cancel a paid plan first; deleting an account removes its projects and credits.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Account holders are told by email [notice period] before a change applies. If you keep using Klemma after that, the new terms apply to you.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [governing law]. Disputes go to [competent courts], unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

In force from [date].
